Mainer Associates has been appointed by the project team as BREEAM Assessors and Acoustic Consultants for the refurbishment of the existing music department.

Mainer had early input into the tender documentation as the requirements of BREEAM were included from an early stage. A series of workshops was undertaken to assist the project designers in including elements to help facilitate BREEAM compliance.

Mainer Associates are continuing to work with the construction team throughout the whole project to assist them in delivering the target rating of Very Good.
