Having completed pre-planning works for a new M&S Simply Food store in Reading, we are near completion of the construction phase works.
Our services for this project include: Renewable Technologies Feasibility Study; BREEAM Assessment; Ecology Study; Transport Study; Sustainability Statement; and Acoustics.
The local council has set a BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’ as the target. We will be advising throughout the project on sustainable measures that need to be included in order to achieve this target and to continue our involvement in discharging planning conditions relating to Sustainability.
