4 Angel Square, NOMA, and 11 & 12 Wellington Place are the first of Mainer Associates’ projects to achieve BREEAM outstanding, the highest BREEAM rating possible.

BREEAM is an international scheme that provides independent third-party certification of the assessment of the sustainability performance of individual buildings, communities and infrastructure projects. It’s now a requirement for all public projects to undergo an environmental assessment. BREEAM certification can make properties easier to sell, lower refurbishment costs and provide social benefits.

NOMA

Working alongside client Federated Hermes, development manager MEPC, and contractor Bowmer & Kirkland, Mainer delivered a Whole Lifecycle assessment, as well as advising on and undertaking BREEAM and Fitwel certification, enhancing the credentials of the NOMA estate. 4 Angel Square in Federated Hermes’ NOMA estate has now achieved BREEAM Outstanding, is aiming for Fitwel 2 Star and Net Zero Carbon.

11 & 12 Wellington Place
